Crossing At Timberlands (Dallas, GA): Regretfully, and without prejudice, my own connection with getting my new house so far, also, my adjoining neighbors was that of EXTREME DISAPPOINTMENT to put it politely on all associated issues. Shoddy workmanship/quality, no follow-through with homeowner care, sinkholes at some properties in area, grading/erosion, filthy roads with dirt (rocks, nails, etc.), in neighborhood (no other socket nor solution road for vehicles), common places require severe weeding (no grass buffer present ?), mail/post at a group that isn't near most properties (NO canopy nor adequate lighting as of this post) and vandalism reported, wild dog(s) seen (see general public records/incidents), construction/utility/service vehicles have blocked/delayed college buses sometimes, and bad sod quality at some properties.

NO keeping walls with properties which are drop-offs, and backyards be seemingly done in a haphazard way; slowly deteriorating?? Come "New Year" 2017, I am intending to go in other places. I cannot suggest this business that has been at one point CrownUS, and today happens to be DR Horton. When it is a matter of monies, all smiles... We cannot suggest a company that lacks courtesy, civility, etc. Also, products to my two (2) thirty days guarantee and from my "shutting" day are total... Before wishing to settle here, please knock-on several doorways, and do your research. AGAIN, i would suggest you seek other areas, in essence appearance somewhere else. And, of note, standing water appears to be a problem. Therefore, FLOODING and EROSION issues in the foreseeable future?? "CAVEAT EMPTOR" (Buyer Beware)... Bonus here? Sweet Cordial Neighbors!!
